We may process identification and contact details, booking and stay information, preferences or special requests, communications, payment information handled by the payment provider, reviews and essential technical security data. Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.

• Booking, payment and accommodation: performance of a contract.
• Billing, guest registration and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.
• Reviews: moderation, verification and publication with consent. The email address remains private.
• Security, fraud prevention and legal claims: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• Optional cookies and maps: revocable consent.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond. Confirmed booking and invoice data is retained during the contractual relationship and statutory limitation periods. Cookie consent is renewed within a maximum of 24 months.
